In the event you order an item that is out of stock we will ensure you are informed immediately.
Items are described to the best possible accuracy, but occasionally mistakes might occur, and if such an event happens, we will contact you immediately to resolve the situation. If an item is displayed with the incorrect price, the option will be given for you to either pay for the item at the correct price or cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund. We also reserve the right to increase or decrease prices on this website at any time.
Please note that sizing differs between suppliers, and if you are 'in between sizes' we recommend that you get the larger size as it is easier to 'take in' a dress than 'let it out'. The sizes displayed on this website are typical UK ladies sizes. Colours may differ from what they appear to be on the screen, due to lighting and the nature of computer monitors.
Should customers require the gown by a specific date, please contact us beforehand to ensure the gown will arrive in time. Some dresses may take 2-3 weeks to arrive but we can rush-ship on occasions if necessary. Cinderella’s guarantees satisfactory communication with our customers. Gowns are shipped via Royal Mail Special delivery, which insures the gown for the correct value, and are packed in a Royal Mail special delivery bag.
In Stock Gowns:
These will be shipped within THREE days of payment being received. Please inform us if you have special requirements and we will do our best to help with this.
Occasionally you may find a dress to be unsuitable. If this happens, you must contact us with notice of cancellation in writing within 7 days after the goods are received and return the item within this time period. We will issue a credit note to the value of the item with proof of purchase. Please note that we will not offer a credit note on any items sent outside this time period.

Please ensure you value the item accurately, as we cannot be held responsible should the item be lost in transit.
Consumers are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. Item will be inspected, and should the item show signs of fake tan, deodorant marks, make-up, staining, tears etc, we will consider that you have not taken the expected reasonable care of goods and a credit note will be refused.
Postal costs will not be refunded.
This returns policy ensures a fair policy. It complies with the distance selling regulations 2000 and does not affect your statutory rights. Should you have any enquiries about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us. This returns policy is for website sales only. We do not accept store returns.
